FTC is the acronym of Federal Trade Commission. The Bureau of Competition

The bureau regulates the competition and protect consumers needs in terms of price and quality of the product open marketplace 

 The Bureau of Consumer protection 

 Consumer Protection Bureau enforces laws to protect consumers' rights. The consumer Bureau conducts investigations over the compliant reports of consumers.

 The Bureau of Economics

The Bureau of economics is responsible to estimate the value of economic analysis. 

 What does entry Level FTC Attorneys do?

  • Entry-level attorneys responsible for the work include

  • Reviewing documents

  • Attend court hearings with attorneys from the Bureau of competition 

  • Draft pleadings

  • Attend meetings and counsel with business executives 

 

Eligibility criteria for Entry Level FTC Attorneys

  • The Bureau of competition is responsible to enforce antitrust laws. An antitrust is the law of FTC which ensures that business practice should be done with fair means it also regulates the marketing allocation, bid-rigging, price-fixing, and monopiles.

  • Candidates for entry-level attorneys at competition Bureau should be US citizens and keenly interested for Public service.

  • Entry- Level FTC Attorneys are judicial clerks with business background.
